Sometimes it can feel like that, that we are all alone. That we are the only ones with that kind of pain or that kind of problem. No one knows how it feels, and nobody understands.
Especially now, when everything enrolls around the internet, it’s well known that we have stopped talking with each other. But the good thing is that the internet also brings us together. It’s easy to find other people that we can relate to. People that experience the same thing as us. And that is a good thing.
So why do we still feel alone with our problems?
I want to let you know that you are not alone with your headache and migraine. I guarantee that other people experience the same thing, the same aura, the same pain, the same triggers…
There more we talk and open up about our migraine and headache, what helps and what triggers. You can help so many others that feel all alone. And you might get tips of things you haven’t thought about, treatments you haven’t tried or something else.
There are several excellent groups on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. There are also several useful apps. Find those (please write to me, and I will share my favorites with you) and participate in lectures, courses, and summits (like Migraine World Summit – FREE event). There is also a lot of knowledge to be found by reading books and blogs on the topics.
Depending on which country you live in the associations or federations is often a massive base of knowledge.
